Who are we? We're a full service architecture and development firm located in Knoxville, Tennessee, founded in 2013.

"heyoh"

[heɪ/əʊ] / [hay-oh]

What's in a name?

In 2021 when we decided to rename the company, we wanted to use something that represented our firm. We wanted a word that expressed a fun attitude, and our excitement towards our work.

We landed on "heyoh" for a few reasons.

1. We liked that it is often used as an excited greeting, or an exclamation when people see something they like (like one of our projects!).

2. Heyoh is a phonetic combination of the Higgins' kids' names.

3. Graphically, "heyoh" is balanced, with an "h" on each end, "e" & "o" both being circular letters, and the "y" in the middle.

4. It's easy to remember.

5. We like that saying the name makes people smile (and half the time shout it back to us!)

This is the team of day to day operations. However, nothing we do could be possible without the collaboration with an incredible team of partners, managers, staff, contractors, vendors, bankers, advisors, mentors, council, and clients.
